CreateSQLiteDB

Create miRNA-target gene database(s) for fast and simple SQLite query of potentially interesting regulatory pairs. Multiple databases can be created with this component. Note that a new database(s) will always be created when this component is executed to ensure that the current version of these files are always used for reference. See input details for exact specifications.

Inputs

DBlist CSV Mandatory Input table must contain a header, rows for each target prediction and target validated file to upload, and 5 tab-delimited columns. In turn, each target prediction and target validated file must contain tab-delimited columns headers, with at least one column containing a reference key that is shared with at least one other dataset file. For each row in the input table DBlist, the following information must be provided in this specific order: Table_Name (name of the dataset file when created in the database), DBname (name of destination database), Table_Path (absolute file path of the dataset file), DB_Destination_Folder (absolute file path to where the database will be stored), and Case-Sensitive Column Keys (column header(s) of the table to be made available for query). There must be at least 1 row of content (1 dataset file) of the input DBlist after the header line.
